Was a little early. Took me right away. Quick and efficient. Staff very friendly. Everyone saying good morning. Receiving clerk greeted me and was very friendly and informative. Service today was straight forward. Exterior truck clean was a very nice touch. Been dealing with Bayking for many years. Look forward to continuing the relationship.

10 out of 10. Service is ALWAYS fast and friendly. They always let you know an approximate timeframe for the service (and they are always pretty accurate), always ask if you are waiting or if you need a ride and if there is any issue with the service they will keep you updated on the progress. They always service my vehicle quickly and efficiently and never try to sell me non required or services. My main 2 contacts have been Jenna at the service desk and Chris (customer service rep) and they have never been anything but outstanding!! I won’t take my Ram 1500 anywhere else for service!

Was greeted right away and they had my jeep in the shop soon after I arrived was given an approximate two hour time for service. Completed before . Talked to sales people and receptionist and parts dept everyone was very
nice and helpful . Going back to look for a Jeep that the wife would like.
